Need a hand with Calenza? Here's how to reach us, plus answers to the questions we get most — accounts, your data, and calendar sync.

Email support@redzen.cloud and a human will get back to you — typically within one business day.
To help us resolve things quickly, include:
- the email address on your Calenza account;
- what you were doing and what you expected to happen;
- the device and app version (iOS, Android, or web), and a screenshot if you have one.
Account & sign-in
- Forgot your password?Use the reset link on the sign-in screen. If the email doesn’t arrive, check spam, then contact us.
- Joining a shop:team members join by invitation from the shop owner or manager. If your invitation isn’t working, ask the owner to re-send it to the exact email address you sign in with.
- Roles: what you can see and do (pay rates, payouts, reports) is set by your role. If something looks missing, check with your shop owner before writing in.
Your data: export & deletion
- Export: you can export your business data to CSV from within the app at any time.
- Delete your account: a shop owner can permanently delete their account from Settingsinside the app. This deletes the entire shop’s data — clients, staff, bookings, sales, commissions, and payouts — permanently. There is no undo, so export first if you want a copy.
- Privacy requests: for access, correction, or deletion requests under applicable privacy law, see our Privacy Policy or email privacy@redzen.cloud.
Google Calendar sync
- Calendar sync is optional and connected by the shop owner in Settings. Disconnecting removes our access and deletes the stored connection.
- If events stop syncing, disconnect and reconnect the calendar. You can also review or revoke access from your Google Account permissions.
Push notifications
Notifications are optional — declining them doesn’t affect core functionality. If you enabled them but they’ve stopped arriving, check that notifications are allowed for Calenza in your device settings, then sign out and back in to refresh the device registration.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you’ve found a vulnerability, please report it privately to support@redzen.cloud before disclosing it publicly. See responsible disclosure for details.
